So, who am I?

I’m Charlie, founder of The Clinician Companion, and if you’re feeling bogged down by the behind-the-scenes parts of running a private practice, you’re exactly who I created this business for.

You're trying to support your clients while also managing bookings, emails, invoices, and systems — often late at night or between sessions. It’s exhausting, and it doesn’t have to be that way.

With a background spanning business administration, bookkeeping, graphic design, IT, and leadership, I bring a unique all-rounder skill set to the table and it’s exactly what makes me such a valuable support for private practice owners.

I’ve specialised as a virtual assistant to allied health professionals for the past 5 years and I understand the demands of practice life and the importance of systems that just work. I’m not just here to tick boxes, I’m here to think ahead, troubleshoot, and help you build a business that feels manageable and sustainable.

As a mother of four girls, I also understand the need for flexibility, clear boundaries, and smart systems that support work-life balance. I bring that mindset to every practice I support.

Why 'The Clinician Companion'?

I am passionate about mental health and understand the importance of the work clinicians do with clients, but I’ve seen too many professionals stuck in systems that don’t serve them, losing hours every week to admin and burning out in the process... I built this business to give you back that time.

Whether you're launching your practice, growing your brand, or trying to streamline your admin, I’m here to make it easier.

Let’s make your practice work for you.
